In DC the Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP) provides up to $84,000 in down payment and closing costs assistance. SATURDAYS: The orientation in English takes place from 9:00 am-10:30 am. The orientation in Spanish will take place from 11:30 am-1 pm. 

TUESDAYS: The orientation in English takes place from 9:30 am-11:00 am. The orientation in Spanish takes place from 11:30 am-1 pm. 

**Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the class begins.  If you are 15 minutes late you will need to register for the next class.**
