For the first time a must attend workshop, that combines between two important elements in our business life, Entrepreneurship And Leadership.

The nature of entrepreneurship is taking risks and venturing into unknown territory. So, as an entrepreneur, what do you need to do in order to create an environment that fosters creativity and productivity? How do you lead your group to tackle difficult challenges, deal constructively with conflict and navigate uncertainty? This workshop will introduce key concepts of leadership that are critical for entrepreneurs and will look at different ways of deploying those concepts.

Nizar Farsakh : is a trainer and consultant with over 10 years of experience training and consulting to high profile leaders as well as newly established organizations. He has been commissioned by both public sector and private sector organizations to train and advise their leadership and clients on leadership, strategy, motivation, teamwork, negotiations and advocacy. His most prominent role was in advising senior leaders including the President, the Prime Minister and various ministries of the Palestinian Authority. At Harvard, Nizar worked closely with prominent leadership professors Marshall Ganz and Ronald Heifetz developing and refining their renowned leadership courses. He continues to be involved in several leadership initiatives and is active in non-violence initiatives in the US and abroad.
