Learn about food safety practices and regulations for home-based food operations in the District of Columbia. This presentation will be geared toward small businesses and entrepreneurs wishing to break into the food industry by running a food business from their residential kitchen. We will discuss the importance of food safety and how the regulations apply to cottage food businesses in the District.
